FAQ

How long should I book the service for?

We offer bookings for as little as 1 week (5 days). We recommend a minimum of 4 weeks, but many families will find that they may need an emonim for up to 8 weeks.

What happens if I don’t connect well with my emonim?

We pride ourselves on finding the most nurturing and caring emonims, and match you with one who fits your personality and family style. If for any reason you feel that your emonim is not a good match, we will do our absolute best to secure a new emonim for your home.

What areas do you serve?

Our emonims are primarily in western Washington, but we have many parents all over the USA who use our services. If your family is outside of our primary service area, you will be responsible for the cost of your emonim’s round-trip plane ticket.
